    Damien is a Managing Partner who holds responsibility to set the direction of the company and retain the best people to build strategic engagements with clients, ranging from Fortune 500 companies, Arab conglomerates, as well as government agencies across the Middle East. He has extensive experience in advising clients with practical recommendations to succeed in the region. Damien obtained a Bachelor degree from the Victoria University, majoring in Business, a Master degree from Harvard University, and a MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.

  • Erika Welch

    Erika is YCP Solidiance's Partner based in the MENA region. She brings more than 13 years of experience in consulting field, focusing on strategy consulting and business development. She has extensive experience working with Fortune 500 companies and the region’s most influential corporations, government bodies, and foundations in Iran, UAE, Qatar, Oman, Saudi Arabia, Jordan, and Lebanon. Outside of the Middle East, Erika has consulted clients from Japan, Indonesia, Singapore, Canada, West Africa, and the UK. Erika received her B.Sc from McGill University, Canada and holds a Postgraduate Certificate in Sustainability Leadership and Business from the University of Cambridge, UK. Erika speaks fluent English, Japanese, conversational French and basic Arabic.

  • Rida El Chab

    Rida works as our Director working across the Middle East and Southeast Asia. Rida specializes in market growth studies, market entry, and quantitative studies and has led projects across the GCC, North Africa, as well as in the Asia in various projects such as automotive, energy, construction, lubricants and industrial. Prior to joining Market Research Qatar, Rida worked as a management consultant in Southeast Asia for 2 years, based in Vientiane, Lao PDR. He holds a Bachelor degree in Economics from the University of Virginia and also a Master degree from University of Lyon, majoring in Quantitative Economics and Finance.

    Nabil is a Partner based in United Arab Emirates who manages our team of expert consultants and analysts in the Middle East region to carry out strategic growth projects and guide clients with practical recommendations. He's experienced in pricing and sales optimization strategy, conducting internal and external assessment, benchmarking, as well as conducting feasibility study. Before joining Market Research Qatar, he worked as a revenue management expert and experienced consultant in MENA region.

    Omar is our Manager who has a wide-ranging project experience across the Middle East region, including Saudi Arabia, Qatar, UAE, Algeria, and also Asia region. He specializes in due diligence, financial modelling, and corporate valuations. He's also experienced in developing market strategy in the region. Omar studied at the American University of beirut and obtained a Master degree in Finance and also a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the Lebanese American University. He can speak English, Arabic, and basic French.
